Bali Move & Ride coordinates travel logistics and may arrange services fulfilled by independent local providers.
Third-party services
Scooter rentals, transport and other services may be provided by independent local businesses or drivers. The provider responsible for the underlying service may vary according to availability.
Scooter payments
Where stated during booking, the rental amount is paid directly to the scooter provider at delivery. Bali Move & Ride may charge a separate booking, coordination or travel-support fee.
Changes and availability
Requests remain subject to availability until confirmed. When a selected provider becomes unavailable, we may coordinate an alternative provider where reasonably possible.
Customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate dates, addresses, contact details and timing information required to coordinate a service.
