When do I pay for the scooter?
The rental amount is paid directly to the confirmed provider when the scooter is delivered. Our service fee is paid online.
What happens if the first provider is unavailable?
We can reassign the request to another available partner before delivery without moving the rental payment between suppliers.
Can you help during the rental?
