Bali Move & Ride coordinates travel logistics and may arrange services fulfilled by independent local providers.

Third-party services
Scooter rentals, transport and luggage services may be provided by independent local businesses or drivers. The underlying provider can vary according to availability.

Scooter payments
Where stated during booking, the scooter rental amount is paid directly to the confirmed provider at delivery. Bali Move & Ride may charge a separate coordination or travel-support fee.

Changes and availability
Requests remain subject to availability until confirmed. If a selected provider becomes unavailable, we may coordinate a reasonable alternative.

Customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate dates, addresses, contact details and timing information needed to coordinate the service.
