Is the scooter delivered to my villa or hotel?
Yes, delivery is coordinated to the confirmed accommodation or meeting point, subject to provider availability and service area.
Who do I pay for the scooter?
Where stated in the confirmed booking, the underlying rental amount is paid directly to the scooter provider at delivery. Bali Move & Ride handles a separate service fee.
What if the first scooter provider becomes unavailable?
We can check another local rental partner and reassign the request where reasonably possible before delivery.
Can I ask for an extension during the rental?
Yes. Send the new end date through the same support conversation and we will check availability with the provider.
